Ideas en Axion designed and built for Casas The Black its own website and a custom booking system for its four houses and the integrated option. The project included the design and development of the site, the booking engine with an availability calendar per unit, an admin panel for the owners, the photo and video production of the property and each unit, the legal texts and the search engine positioning work.

The booking system, integrated into the website
Visitors pick their dates in a calendar that shows the availability of each house, and the enquiry is recorded with its own code. The owners settle it from their panel and the website calendar updates itself.
Availability calendar per unit, updated in real time.
Every enquiry is recorded and tracked through to confirmation.
The minimum stay and the booking conditions are validated before the booking is accepted.
Admin panel: the owners run everything themselves
Every enquiry arrives by email with the full detail. From the panel, the owners settle the booking in one click and the availability on the website updates itself.

- Block dates for maintenance or own use.
- Load seasonal rates.
- Email alert on every new enquiry with the stay details.
Booking from a phone, with the same care as on desktop
The calendar, the enquiry form and the photo viewer were tested one by one on 390 and 360 pixel screens: no horizontal overflow, comfortable touch areas and finger swiping to move between photos. The footer closes with a fixed WhatsApp button.
