The house, told from the counter
The hero is not a sushi stock photo: it is KANJI's counter facing the dock, lanterns lit and the room empty before service. The next section explains where the kitchen comes from, what it works with and who stands behind it.
A 27-roll menu you can filter
The menu is sorted by style —traditional, special, california, veggie, premium and dessert— and every roll carries its own card with ingredients and price. The order builder adds the chosen ones, shows the total and composes the WhatsApp message without leaving the page.
From the menu to the table in one pass
Booking asks for date, time and party size, and states clearly that the table is only confirmed once the venue replies. Delivery and take away sit alongside with the same ordering system, so the customer picks a channel without leaving the site.
The hall, the agenda and the location
The hall is offered whole for private events with its stated capacity, and an agenda section tells what changes month to month in the kitchen. It closes with the Puerto Madero map and the direct contact channels.
